Statement
My work explores the intersection of human perception, technology, and the formal possibilities of visual expression. I am interested in how ideas, emotions, and consciousness can be translated into imagery—how thought itself can be made visible. Each project emerges from a dialogue between intuition, deliberate decision-making, and the careful use of tools, both analog and digital, that extend the reach of the human hand and mind.
I approach art as a process of layered investigation, where each decision—line, color, texture, or form—is intentional, yet open to discovery. Technology and manual methods coexist in my practice, not as opposites, but as complementary forces. The tools I choose allow me to surpass the inherent limitations of the hand while maintaining a distinctly human, organic sensibility. This interplay enables the creation of work that is precise and intricate while retaining variability, subtlety, and expressive depth.
Conceptually, I am drawn to questions of consciousness, communication, and abstraction. My work examines how complex internal experiences—thoughts, emotions, and perceptions—can be expressed visually, creating images that resonate both personally and universally. I am interested in the formal boundaries of art and how these can be stretched to evoke reflection, engagement, and a sense of connection with the viewer.
Ultimately, my practice is about the translation of intention into visual form, the expansion of expressive possibilities through technology, and the exploration of how art can communicate dimensions of experience that words cannot fully capture.
